Fire Roasted Buffalo Prime Rib – (Castle Rock Meats – Denver, Colorado) Black peppercorn crusted prime rib

Leg of Lamb  – (Rosen Meats – Greeley, Colorado) Slow cooked and served with a red wine demi glace.

Both served with rosemary baby red potatoes, oven roasted brussels sprouts with pancetta.
