This past Saturday, Origins received an exciting delivery from Napoli, Italy. The Ferrari of pizza ovens arrived at Lincoln place. The 3+ ton Mario Acunto oven required a 10,000 pound forklift to be set in place. Ellie Olsen, our importer from Wood Fired Oven Baker in Denver, delicately maneuvered the forklift through the construction zone. We can’t wait to fire up this work of art!
